Dr. Grey Stafford, author of the animal training book "ZOOmility" and conservation director for the Wildlife World Zoo near Phoenix, appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" Friday, Jan. 23. The show aired again Thursday, Feb. 26.
Dr. Grey introduced Jay to a variety of exotic animals to demonstrate training techniques outlined in "ZOOmility."
Dr. Grey specializes in helping people train domestic animals using the same positive reinforcement methods he has used to train exotic animals including killer whales, sea lions, dolphins, and hundreds of birds and mammals. The philosophy is about letting go of the human ego and having fun using positive reinforcement training along with a little humility to achieve "ZOOmility."
